The Information Technology group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets. The team delivers high‑quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.

The Impact You Will Have In This Role

• Design, implement, and maintain observability systems (PagerDuty) that monitor, analyze, and report on the health and performance of software applications and infrastructure.
• Manage and configure PagerDuty for effective incident response and on‑call management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Integrate observability tools (PagerDuty) with IT infrastructure components such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana and ServiceNow.
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members on observability best practices.
• Proficient in both written (Office applications) and verbal communication, adept at conveying complex information clearly and concisely.

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations. Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
