Job summary

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is seeking a seasoned technology & business analyst to act as a primary interface between Technology and business/product areas, translating requirements into detailed specifications and coordinating with project teams.

Responsibilities include validating resources, schedules, and test scripts, and ensuring alignment with business objectives while supporting the team and driving risk-aware change across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in technology and business analysis.
• Experience with FIS Integrity and ATS development.
• Strong understanding of Treasury day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Review functional specifications referencing business requirements and diagrams.
• Collaborate with project team, product management, and stakeholders on all project aspects.
• Validate estimates, resources, and schedules with stakeholders.

The Impact You Will Have In This Role

The Strategic Management & Governance family is responsible for serving as a dedicated technology resource for advancing the firm's business opportunities and providing industry thought leadership for leveraging new technologies. Manages significant programs and projects including strategic change management, new business and product initiatives, process re-engineering, and all general business management initiatives. The Business Systems Analysis role specializes in acting as the primary interface between Technology and specific business / product areas, identifying, documenting and analyzing business requirements, creating detailed project and process specifications, coordinating with project teams.

Your Primary Responsibilities

• Review functional specifications by referencing business requirements, workflow charts and diagrams
• Collaborate with project team, product management, and stakeholders on all aspects of the project
• Validate estimates of resource needs and schedule of work with related stakeholders
• Clarify necessary details required through all phases of projects.
• Validate input provided to developers and Test Engineers ensuring System Integration and User Acceptance Test scripts properly reflect business and functional requirements
• Validate system documentation to ensure compliance with company-specific best practices and standards
• Review recommended controls to ensure remediation of perceived risks
• Validate justification and ROI related to solutions designed to automate manual processes
• Support an environment to ensure employees understand how their efforts contribute to overall business strategy
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the team and specific resiliency testing deliverables, across multiple locations
• Support the coaching, mentoring and development of team members
• Mitigates risk by following established procedures and monitoring controls, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Ability to plan projects and work with stakeholders - both technical and non-technical - to deliver system-based solutions
• FIS Integrity Expertise required- Both Functional and Technical hands on experience
• ATS development experience required
• Strong Understanding of the day to day operations of the Treasury function

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations. Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
