Job summary

Virtusa seeks an experienced IT operations professional to troubleshoot, resolve, and maintain services across large-scale environments. You will manage production workloads in AWS and build alerts and dashboards using Splunk, with a focus on observability and proactive monitoring.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of ITIL processes, and familiarity with automation scripting, Terraform, and Java.

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant experience or equivalent expertise.
• Knowledge of large-scale technology environments, observability and monitoring.
• Experience with AWS production services and Splunk.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow.
