Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming.
• Hands-on PLC programming using Structured Text or Ladder Logic.
• Experience with multithreaded application development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of the system-level Battery Management System and control software.
• Manage a Kanban-based development workflow.
• Mentor engineers and ensure high standards for reliability.

Skills

Strong proficiency in Python

C/C++ programming

PLC programming

Industrial communication protocols (Modbus, IEC 61850, DNP3)

Experience with CI/CD and GitLab

Container deployment using Docker
