Job summary

Critical Loop, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead mechanical systems manufacturing excellence across our product lines. You will own build, inspection, and process improvements in a fast-growing energy technology company.

Collaborate with design and quality teams to improve manufacturability, guide capital upgrades, and ensure on-time delivery. This role requires a BS in an engineering discipline and 5+ years of manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, aerospace, materials or industrial engineering.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing or production.

Responsibilities

• Build and inspect mechanical assemblies and systems integration across product lines.
• Develop, qualify, and refine manufacturing processes and work instructions.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to solve production challenges.
• Evaluate designs for manufacturability with product engineering.
• Resolve non-conformances and implement corrective actions with the quality team.
• Plan and execute capital equipment and layout upgrades.
• Develop floor layouts, capacity models, and product flow analyses.
