Job summary

Neier Inc. is seeking a skilled professional to guide software development initiatives and collaborate with teams to align solutions with business objectives. This role allows for flexible remote or hybrid work based on your location within the continental US.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, deep experience in Salesforce, and proficiency with Scrum and DevOps methodologies. The position offers a competitive salary range of $123,000 - $170,000 along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

6+ years of programming experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field (preferred).
6+ years of programming experience in Salesforce (preferred).

Responsibilities

Define architectural guidelines and best practices.
Lead software development initiatives from conception to deployment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align software solutions with business objectives.
Introduce and train teams in advanced programming languages and tools.
Ensure cloud readiness and optimal performance of all applications.
Lead and mentor technical and project team members.
Analyze requirements and provide accurate estimates for design and development phases.
Provide continuous support to clients experiencing issues with server hardware and applications.
