Job summary

You will lead technical direction, mentor engineers, ensure scalable, secure solutions, and collaborate with data analysts, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated systems and actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software architectures to support factory scheduling and simulation, including data pipelines, web applications, and simulation models
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions
• Develop and implement software solutions using Python, C++, Java, JavaScript, and PHP
• Ensure software solutions are scalable, efficient, and reliable
• Collaborate with data engineers to integrate software solutions with data pipelines and architectures
• Develop and maintain software documentation and metadata
• Ensure software solutions meet security, quality, and compliance requirements
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, including mentoring and coaching junior engineers
• Coordinate solutions across business, data analysts, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and successful implementation
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
• Collaborate with data analysts to ensure that software solutions are data-driven and provide actionable insights
• Partner with IT teams to ensure that software solutions are properly integrated with existing systems and infrastructure
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, data analysts, and IT professionals
