Job summary

Amazon Advertising LLC in Seattle, Washington seeks a Manager III, Software Dev to own the design, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and delivery of large-scale, multi-tiered distributed software applications using Java, C++, and service-oriented architectures.

You will provide technical leadership and project management for the full software lifecycle, build and mentor a team of engineers, lead design reviews, and steer architecture decisions to meet technical and business

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in CS/Engineering/Math or related field.
Minimum one year of experience in technical leadership and full software lifecycle management.
Experience building large-scale, distributed software systems.

Responsibilities

Own the design, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and delivery of large-scale, multi-tiered distributed software applications using Java, C++, service-oriented architecture, and distributed programming.
Provide technical leadership and project management for all aspects of the software development lifecycle for distributed software systems.
Build, manage, and develop a team of engineers, provide mentoring, and manage resource allocation; lead design reviews and drive architecture feedback.
