Qualifications

• Experience researching and interpreting state and federal regulations for DSHS.
• Experience auditing eligibility for Basic Food and knowledge of WorkFirst.
• Ability to identify root causes via data analysis.
• Strong reporting skills and ability to communicate with leadership.
• Experience with ESA systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Train staff on policies and procedures and ensure they have necessary information.
• Monitor staff work, conduct lead worker audits, and coach employees to perform.
• Assess and prioritize team workload to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Participate in team meetings, provide training updates, and support process design.
• Travel to offices and locations to conduct SNAP reviews and program integrity activities.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and draft findings with corrective actions.
• Serve as division specialist for TANF, SNAP Management Evaluation, and SNAP QC requirements.
• Provide backup to the Program Integrity Manager.
