Qualifications

• BS Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related production supervisory experience in CM EMS industry.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in SMT manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production process and activities to plan and execute the Master Plan and improve throughput.
• Supervise the personnel of the assigned Production groups, manage workload and training.
• Support improvement of production processes and systems, document procedures and data.
• Provide cross-functional support, analyze data and implement corrective actions with stakeholders.
