Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production processes and activities, plan workload, and execute the Production Master Plan.
• Supervise personnel, train new hires, manage overtime, and develop performance metrics.
• Support process improvements, document procedures, and share expertise cross-functionally.
• Monitor inputs/outputs, control costs, and ensure on-time task completion.
