Soliant is seeking eagerly motivated Speech-Language Pathologists for contract positions in a dynamic educational setting in Texas. You will work with K-12 students, across all grade levels, in a district-wide environment, delivering comprehensive speech-language services.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, a Texas SLP license, and CCC from ASHA. Experience in schools and supervising SLPAs onsite are highly valued by the district.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Texas SLP license.
• CCC from ASHA.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Willingness to supervise SLPAs onsite.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Mansioni

• Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services to K-12 students.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document in compliance with district and state guidelines.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to provide comprehensive care.
• Supervise onsite SLPAs and mentor staff to ensure service excellence.
• Participate in IEP meetings and help develop student-centered goals.
• Adapt therapy approaches for a district-wide caseload.
