Job summary

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or CFY) to support students in K-12 in a vibrant school near Austin, TX. This contract opportunity emphasizes manageable caseloads, collaborative teamwork with teachers, families, and school teams, and a welcoming environment.

The role requires Master’s in SLP, Texas license or eligibility, and pediatric/school experience; benefits include weekly pay, 401(k) with match, health/vision/dental, licensure assistance, and CEU

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).
• ASHA CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow (CFY) status.
• Experience providing speech therapy in pediatric and/or school settings preferred.
• Strong communication skills and dedication to inclusive, student-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students K-12.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
• Monitor progress, assess outcomes, and maintain detailed documentation.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and participate actively in student support meetings.
