Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a passionate School-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026/2027 school year to lead and collaborate with a dedicated school team. This role emphasizes leadership, evaluation, and direct student support.

You will supervise 2 SLPAs, work with Head Start students, join multidisciplinary teams, participate in IEP meetings, and help families strengthen communication skills in an inclusive, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active state SLP license and/or DOE certification.
• CCC certification preferred.
• Experience in school-based settings is a plus.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Supervise and support 2 Speech-Language Pathology Assistants.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide services and support for Head Start students.
• Maintain documentation and participate in IEP meetings.
