Job summary

Telespeech Therapy is seeking a Clinic In-Person Lead Speech-Language Pathologist to drive clinical leadership, mentorship, and high-quality care across California-based clients.

The role balances leadership, assessments, supervision, care plan management, and potential direct therapy, with AI-assisted documentation to streamline workflows. Flexible design accommodates part-time leadership or full-time blended duties, depending on clinic needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current, active California SLP license.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• At least two years of full-time experience as an SLP before supervising an SLPA.
• Completion of CA supervision-training requirements.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication with families and teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Supervise SLPAs and mentor junior clinicians.
• Ensure documentation quality and compliance with policy.
• Collaborate with patients, families, teachers, and other professionals.
• Provide education and counseling on evaluation findings and treatment options.
• Balance leadership with direct clinical work as needed.
