The position supports part-time or full-time arrangements, offers AI-assisted documentation, and a collaborative, family-friendly clinic culture; candidates bring CA licensure, CCC-SLP, and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Active California SLP license.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• At least two years of full-time experience, or 3,120 hours, providing services as an SLP before supervising an SLPA.
• Completion and ongoing maintenance of California supervision-training requirements.
• Strong clinical judgment and working knowledge of assessment, care planning, documentation, supervision, ethics, and evidence-based practice.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Administer, score, interpret, and document formal and informal assessments for speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing needs.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans and goals; manage progress data and outcomes.
• Supervise SLPAs with direct and indirect supervision, documentation, and feedback.
• Provide clear education and counseling to patients and families regarding evaluation findings and treatment options.
• Review clinical documentation for accuracy and timeliness; ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Collaborate with patients, families, SLPs/SLPAs, teachers, and other professionals to coordinate care.
• Balance leadership responsibilities with direct speech-language therapy as needed.
