Job summary

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 5+ years of experience in gaming with a focus on slots.
• 3+ years of related management experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Role requires working in both office and casino floor environments and may involve licenses/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Slot Operations to ensure procedures follow company policy.
• Supervise, hire, schedule, train, evaluate, coach, counsel, and terminate Slot Department personnel.
• Resolve customer disputes in the Slot Department.
• Submit Internal Control revisions to streamline Slot Operations.
• Maintain knowledge of competitive slot practices.
• Develop and motivate staff.
• Assist in preparation of the departmental budget and act in absence of the Director of Slots.
• Perform slot department performance and operations analyses.
