Job summary

Treasure Island Hotel Casino is seeking a Slot Ambassador to market and recruit new guests, provide TI Platinum service, and support casino operations. The role includes helping guests with Players Club, managing kiosk transactions, and resolving issues with professionalism and discretion.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and prior Slot Ambassador experience, along with a neat appearance and excellent public relations abilities.

Qualifications

• Gaming experience preferred.
• Must have, or be able to obtain, Gaming Registration.
• 1 year previous Slot Ambassador experience.
• Excellent public relations, communication and speaking skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor a must.
• Knowledge of Western Money redemption kiosks and ability to replenish coin and bills as needed.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor repairs and dispensing problems of kiosks.

Responsibilities

• Market and recruit new guests to property.
• Greet guests and be an informational resource regarding guest inquiries.
• Provide information regarding rooms, restaurants and entertainment for guests.
• Monitor area and attend to guests’ needs including jackpot payments.
• Distribute/retrieve Cash Pouches to Slot Ambassador according to policies.
• Verify guest IDs to ensure legal gaming age.
• Provide Players Club information and solicit new members.
• Assist guests with inquiries and problems regarding Players Club and the Casino.
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude toward guests and employees.
• Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department.
• Perform minor machine repairs.

• Gaming Control Board assistance
• Ensure all Ambassadors are providing Guests with TI Platinum service
• Responsible for all Slot Ambassador duties when necessary
• Establish and maintain a professional relationship with repeat guests to the property
• Research and evaluate guest accounts using Players Club and /or other software programs
• Issue guest complimentary items in accordance with departmental and property standards
• Research and resolve guest issues effectively and professionally
• Protect the confidentiality of Company documents and files under immediate control
• Greet guests, answer questions and be an informational resource regarding guest inquiries
• Monitor assigned area and attend to guest’s needs including jackpot payments, providing a comfortable experience for guests by answering basic property questions, provide information regarding rooms, restaurants and entertainment for the guests
• Accurately distribute/retrieve Cash Pouches to Slot Ambassador according to established departmental policies and procedures
