Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Barrier Finisher Leadman for the Southeast Connector Project in Fort Worth, TX. This on-site leadership role oversees a slipform barrier crew and ensures work aligns with plans and safety requirements.

Typical schedule is 7:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday, with possible overtime and day/night shifts as project needs dictate. Candidates must have foreman experience and be able to coordinate crews, deliveries and QA interactions.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of foreman experience preferred.
Demonstrated experience leading a slipform barrier crew.
Ability to read plans and verify line, grade, dimensions, and finished quality.
Ability to coordinate crew assignments, concrete deliveries, equipment, and daily safety requirements.
Supervise craftsmen and monitor safe work behaviors.
Develop and monitor daily and weekly plans, make assignments and set goals for individual craftsmen and crew.
Interact with client representatives, engineers, leadmen, superintendents, safety, human resources and quality assurance.
