Responsibilities

• Lead multiple patrol teams in day-to-day mountain operations.
• Oversee daily ski patrol functions and coordinate with Patrol Managers and Sr. Manager.
• Drive safety and guest-service culture within Patrol.
• Participate in daily operations as needed (advanced patroller, search and rescue, specialty area).
• Coordinate hiring paperwork, training, and scheduling of seasonal patrollers.
