Job summary

The Corona-Norco Family YMCA is seeking a Site Supervisor for Child Development Operations in Corona, CA. You will oversee Toddler/Preschool/School-age programs, ensure eligibility, compliance with Title 5/22, and lead the management team to maintain program quality.

You will supervise teaching staff across sites, conduct daily safety walks, manage enrollment, train new staff, and coordinate scheduling, field trips, and parent communications to support a safe, engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

• AA Degree in Child Development or related field.
• Site Supervisor Center Permit required.
• Minimum four years’ experience working with children.
• Ability to relate well to both children and adults.
• Ability to supervise toddler/preschool/school-age children and provide leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program eligibility compliance and enrollment.
• Conduct daily morning site walk-through and address safety issues.
• Ensure compliance with Title 5 and Title 22; implement YMCA policies.
• Supervise teaching staff across multiple sites and schedule.
• Train and orient new staff; monitor staffing and rest breaks/meal periods.
• Coordinate field trips, attendance, and parent communications.
• Maintain enrollment packets and documentation; manage budget and events.
