Job summary

Klae Construction Inc. in the New York City Metropolitan Area is seeking a Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day operations on commercial construction projects.

The role requires coordinating subcontractors, site staff, and vendors to keep work safe, on schedule, and aligned with plans and specifications. You will lead daily coordination meetings, manage site logistics, enforce safety standards, document activities, and support inspections and punch lists.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising commercial construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors and daily site activities.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, safety regulations, and reading architectural/engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in project scheduling and site logistics planning.
• Effective communication and leadership with project teams, clients, inspectors, and field crews.
• Commitment to jobsite safety programs and quality control across all project phases.
