Loyal Source is seeking a skilled Site Superintendent to oversee a multi-site boiler replacement project at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. You will manage day-to-day field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety and compliance with project specifications.

The role involves boiler replacements across various facilities on base, with a focus on safety, schedule discipline, and effective communication with base personnel and project teams.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Superintendent, preferably HVAC or mechanical systems.
• Must hold OSHA 30 and First Aid Card.
• Strong communication and base access compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site leader for all construction activities related to boiler replacement.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, trades, and material deliveries.
• Develop, review, and enforce site-specific safety plans.
• Ensure compliance with base access, safety standards, and project specs.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, subcontractors, and base personnel.
• Track daily progress, maintain logs, and provide updates and reports.
• Identify and resolve field issues to keep the project on schedule.
• Uphold quality control and verify installation practices.
