The position emphasizes quality control, safety planning, and effective scheduling, with the hourly wage range of $55.00 to $75.00 depending on experience and location. Applicants must meet basic qualifications and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Must have substantial construction experience and understanding of the full build process.
• Ability to develop and implement QC plans, safety plans, and schedules.
• Experience with coordinating construction projects and supervising teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QC and safety plans and schedules.
• Apply understanding of quality standards including relevant regulations.
• Coordinate meetings and review project documents as needed.
• Collaborate with administrators to supervise construction operations.
• Develop dig permits and outage plans as needed for scheduling.
• Oversee onsite and offsite work for compliance with safety rules.
• Direct construction workers and subcontractors.
