Job summary

The Site Superintendent will provide leadership in industrial construction, design and process for ethanol plants and bio-refineries. The role follows a rotational schedule: 3 weeks on site / 1 week home, to protect family time while supporting project delivery. The team focuses on collaboration, ownership and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Construction Science or Engineering preferred.
• 7+ years construction project management experience required.
• Previous field experience required; supervisory exposure in industrial construction.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to project staff through coaching, mentoring and training.
• Evaluate prospective projects to determine feasibility and identify risks.
• Collaborate with process engineering, manufacturing design, piping design and other teams to ensure project layout meets specs.
• Direct sub-contractors and field staff to plan, organize and schedule work.
• Perform onsite reviews to ensure design specifications are met and safety standards followed.
