Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of site reliability engineering (SRE) principles and best practices.

Strong understanding of cloud services, microservices architecture, and containerization.
Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of support engineers to resolve incidents and maintain uptime.
Collaborate with engineering to implement scalable solutions that improve performance.
Create and maintain support docs, SOPs, and best practices.
Identify automation opportunities and build tools to streamline support processes.
Monitor system performance and recommend reliability improvements.
Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 availability.
Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and mentor staff.
