Job summary

CPH is expanding its Community Development team in Florida and seeks a Project Manager / Site Civil Engineer to own meaningful projects across the state. You will lead site/civil design, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and mentor junior staff while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

This high-visibility role offers leadership responsibility, client interaction, and a clear growth path, with an up to $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of site/civil engineering experience.
• PE license preferred or ability to obtain quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead as a senior civil engineer on diverse site/civil projects.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior staff.
• Serve as primary client liaison and manage client relationships.
• Prepare and review plans, reports, calculations, and specs.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Prepare permits and coordinate with regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate with planning, environmental, transport and surveying teams.
• Identify risks and develop cost‑effective mitigation strategies.
