Atwell, LLC in Reno, NV seeks a licensed Professional Engineer to lead residential, commercial, mixed-use, and industrial land development projects. You will guide site civil design, grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting from concept through construction.

Requires PE license and 4+ years of civil land development experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is essential, with familiarity in WaterCAD/StormCAD/SewerCAD as a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
4+ years of civil land development experience.
Experience with site development design, grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting.
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

Lead site civil and land development projects in the Reno-Sparks market.
Design and oversee grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, roadway, and civil infra.
Manage projects from due diligence to construction.
Coordinate permitting with municipalities and regulatory agencies.
Partner with clients to deliver residential, commercial, mixed-use, and industrial developments.
Help grow Atwell's presence in Northern Nevada.
