Job summary

HDR is hiring a Site Civil Engineer to support our Orlando and Tampa offices. You will lead site due diligence, design civil engineering for buildings and infrastructure, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate site readiness and permitting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (ABET-accredited), a PE license, 10+ years of site civil experience, and proven leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (ABET-accredited) is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• 10+ years of site civil engineering experience desired.
• Experience leading site civil projects and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead site due diligence for development sites and prepare supporting reports.
• Lead civil design for buildings, facilities, and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with clients, utilities, permitting agencies, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage permitting processes with federal, state, and local agencies.
• Review drawings and provide construction phase support.
