HDR, Inc. seeks a Site Civil Data Center Team Lead in Denver, CO. You will direct a civil engineering team focused on land development for data center projects, coordinating resources, scope, and deadlines to deliver quality work.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in civil/site design, a CO-licensed PE, and strong leadership experience. AutoCAD/Civil 3D and Hydraflow proficiency are preferred; local candidates are favored.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years design experience in civil/site projects.
• Professional Engineer license (CO) required.
• Active participation in employee-owned culture expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil team for data center land development projects.
• supervise and mentor team members; manage scope, tasks, and deadlines.
• Prepare site layouts, grading, drainage, utilities, and related civil work.
• Conduct quantity calculations and prepare specs/contract documents.
• Oversee permitting and ensure high quality deliverables.
• Plan, organize and supervise large staff as needed.
