Job summary

Davis School District is seeking a Lead Interventionist to support SIPPS and Sound Partners programs at Meadowbrook Elementary. This role involves teaching, coaching, and data analysis, ensuring effective implementation of structured literacy interventions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in these programs and strong communication skills to mentor school staff. This position requires a commitment to work Monday through Friday and actively participate in ongoing training and collaboration with district Certified SIPPS Coaches.

Qualifications

• Experience in teaching Sound Partners and SIPPS at various levels.
• Ability to analyze school-wide intervention data.
• Excellent pacing and student engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for school-based tutors/teachers.
• Teach and monitor SIPPS and Sound Partners lessons.
• Provide coaching and feedback to tutors under SIPPS coaches.
