Qualifications

PhD in Physics, Applied Physics, Electrical Engineering or related field with emphasis on quantum devices.
World-class technical leader with hands-on engagement in spin qubit research.
Proven ability to lead interdisciplinary teams across physics, software, theory, and engineering.

Responsibilities

Guide research and development of state-of-the-art spin qubit technologies across device physics and system integration.
Lead silicon spin qubit research including design, operation, control techniques, and device characterization.
Collaborate with software, theory, modeling, materials, and hardware teams to advance quantum platforms.
Mentor teams and present findings through technical talks, collaborations, and publications.
Develop methodologies to diagnose qubit performance, noise sources, and environment interactions.
