Job summary

Apple is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to lead Analog, Mixed‑Signal, and Silicon Photonics IP programs within our silicon organization, focusing on data center SoCs. You will drive end‑to‑end development of high‑speed AMS and optical IPs, manage testing strategies, and align multiple cross‑functional teams to meet aggressive hardware milestones.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in AMS IP or optical interconnect design/leadership.
• Proven track record delivering high‑reliability AMS/photonic IPs for data centers.
• Experience defining multi‑generational IP roadmaps and coordinating cross‑functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive lifecycle for complex Mixed‑Signal IP, Silicon Photonics engines, and optical I/O.
• Lead optical I/O and co-packaged optics programs with design, packaging and assembly teams.
• Collaborate with vendors, foundries, OSATs, and laser component suppliers.
• Define electrical/optical testing frameworks and qualification strategies.
• Orchestrate cross‑functional teams across IC design, photonics, reliability, and legal.
