Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics and 8+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience in command-and-control systems and operations.
• Experience building and maintaining effective customer relationships.
• Experience collaborating with senior technical management.
• Experience conducting technical investigations and communicating findings to leadership.
• Active TS/SCI CI Poly security clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical working groups to drive issue resolution, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and achieve program objectives.
• Advise stakeholders through high-impact briefings, delivering defensible, data-backed recommendations that shape technical and programmatic outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-team technical activities, ensuring clear communication, shared priorities, and effective execution.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the TIP process to extract, analyze, and interpret data.
• Perform trending and performance analysis on system hardware and software.
• Diagnose and resolve unexpected software and hardware issues independently and in collaboration with cross-functional experts.
• Coordinate and collaborate effectively with multiple program teams.
• Complete steps in the TIP process to close out M-OTP requirements and sell off analysis results to customer.
