Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 8+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience with command-and-control systems and operations.
• Experience building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Experience collaborating with senior technical management.
• Experience conducting technical investigations and communicating findings to leadership.
• Experience performing in-depth pulse level offline ELINT analysis using CBET.
• Experience completing TIP procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical working groups to drive issue resolution and program objectives.
• Advise stakeholders through data-backed briefings shaping outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-team technical activities with clear priorities.
• Develop and improve the TIP data extraction/analysis process.
• Perform trending and performance analysis on system hardware/software.
• Diagnose and resolve software/hardware issues with cross-functional collaboration.
• Coordinate with multiple program teams.
• Close out M-OTP requirements and present analysis to customer.
