Job summary

Super Custom Signs in Warner Robins, GA is seeking a Lead Signmaker with at least three years of sign industry experience to join our growth. You will contribute to production from material selection through final product and help manage projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of sign industry experience and knowledge.
• Hands-on expertise in large format digital printing and cut vinyl production with basic equipment maintenance.
• Basic to intermediate graphic design, including Illustrator, Photoshop, typography, color theory, logo manipulation, image sourcing, resolution, and copyright basics.
• Excellent grammar and spelling in communication.
• Assist customers at the front counter, answer calls, and engage in sales.
• Intermediate math skills for measurements and estimates.
• Managing projects from inception to closeout.
• Ground-level sign installation (wall, glass, floor graphics, lobby signs).

Responsibilities

• Lead production from concept to installation.
• Coordinate materials, print & cut vinyl operations, and maintenance of equipment.
• Interact with customers at counter and via phone to drive sales.
• Oversee project timelines and quality from start to finish.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Hands-on expertise in large format digital printing and cut vinyl production from material selection through final product, and basic equipment maintenance;
• Basic to intermediate graphic design, especially knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, type styles and color theory, logo manipulation, image sourcing, resolution options, and understand copyright laws;
• Excellent communication skills, especially grammar and spelling;
• Assist customers at the front counter, answer phone calls, and engage in sales;
• Intermediate math skills;
• Managing projects from inception to closeout;
• Ground-level sign installation (wall, glass, floor graphics, lobby signs, etc.);

Bonus Experience:

• Vehicle wraps and graphics installation;
• Project management for outsourced production and installation;
