Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction or carpentry experience.
• Strong working knowledge of all hand and power tools.
• Comfortable operating heavy equipment.
• Electrical experience preferred (120V/240V).
• Ability to problem-solve independently.
• Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Installing monument signs, channel letters, cabinets & dimensional letters.
• Structural mounting to masonry, steel, and wood.
• Concrete footing and post setting.
• Operating bucket trucks and jobsite equipment.
• Reading blueprints and site plans.
• Wiring and connecting illuminated signage.
• Leading and mentoring crew members.
