Job summary

C&B Sign Services in Ohio is seeking a Lead Sign Installer to run field projects from start to finish, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality installations for gas stations, canopies, and channel letters. You will manage site safety, coordinate with project managers and clients, read blueprints, operate bucket trucks and lifts, and travel about 20% to the job sites across the region.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of signage installation experience.
• Experience with electrical signage and/or fuel station rebranding is a plus.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work outdoors in all conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a field crew on all types of signage installs and ensure work is to spec, on time and with high quality.
• Own the job site: keep things organized, clean, safe, and compliant.
• Operate equipment like bucket trucks, lifts, and power tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and site plans for exact placement.
• Train and mentor junior team members, modeling proper work ethic and safety habits.
• Troubleshoot onsite problems and coordinate with project managers and clients.
• Help prep materials in the shop and assist with loading trucks.
• Travel approximately 20% to job sites.
