Job summary
CAC I seeks a SIGINT Engineer Team Lead at Aberdeen Proving Ground to manage a staff providing advanced R&E support for fixed ground and tactical SIGINT systems for the U.S. Army.

Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Poly.
- BS/BA in Engineering, Engineering Management, or Project Management.
- 12+ years of Army SIGINT operations experience.
- 5+ years with SIGINT Quick Reaction support for SIGINT systems.
- 5+ years leading a highly agile, multi-disciplined technical team in SIGINT endeavors.
- Experience with Army fixed and tactical systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and build tactical SIGINT detection systems (RF to processing).
- Lead studies and feasibility analyses on new SIGINT concepts and products.
- Develop prototype components and contribute to systems engineering.
- Impact functional strategies by developing new solutions, processes, and standards.
- Lead large, complex project initiatives of strategic importance to the organization.
