Job summary

Entegris Inc. is seeking a Lead, Applications Engineer specializing in silicone carbide materials at our Decatur, TX site. The successful candidate will develop and validate graphite and silicon carbide materials for wide bandgap transistor processing, collaborating with customers and R&D teams.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with a Master's degree; or 5 years with a Bachelor's degree; or 10+ years in SiC wafer manufacturing.
• Experience preferred in Project Management.
• Ability for occasional global travel.
