West Shore Home in Denver, CO is seeking a Lead Shower and Bath Installer to join a fast-growing, tech-driven home improvement team. You will lead installations, coordinate with the warehouse team, and ensure a safe, high-quality customer experience.

The role starts early, with a 6:30 AM schedule, Monday–Friday, requiring hands-on carpentry and plumbing skills, plus a clean driving record and the ability to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Formación

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing or willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub/pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
