Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Lead Shower and Bath Installer to perform safe and efficient bathroom remodels at customer homes in Kansas City, MO. The role starts with loading materials at 6:30 AM and traveling to customer sites to install tubs, surrounds, and related plumbing as needed.

The installer will follow SOPs, engage customers with a 5-star experience, and maintain site cleanliness. Valid driver’s license and smartphone access to company systems are required.

Qualifications

Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing - or a hunger to learn!
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Must have a valid smart phone or smart device for two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed
Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
