JP Cullen in Janesville, Wisconsin, is seeking a Shop Foreman to lead maintenance for our equipment and vehicle fleets. You will direct daily shop priorities, assign work orders, and ensure safety, quality, and timely maintenance actions, coordinating with vendors on repairs and warranties.

Ideal candidates have an apprenticeship and at least two years as a heavy equipment mechanic with fleet management, plus NCCCO crane certification or equivalent, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Formación

• Completion of an applicable apprenticeship and at least two years of experience as a heavy equipment mechanic and equipment fleet management.
• Crane assembly/disassembly experience with inspection, deficiency identification, and repair prioritization.
• Crane Inspector Certification: NCCCO or Crane Institute of America.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shop maintenance operations for equipment and vehicle fleets.
• Direct daily shop priorities and manage workload and time entry.
• Monitor equipment condition and coordinate with vendors on repairs and warranty claims.
• Support equipment planning, evaluation, and purchasing recommendations.
• Maintain a safe, organized shop and ensure compliance with JP Cullen policies.
