McCluskey Chevrolet is seeking a Shop Foreman to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume GM dealership. You will serve as the technical leader, coach technicians, and drive productivity while maintaining GM standards.

You will mentor staff, manage workflow, and ensure quality repairs meeting warranty documentation and audits. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction within Cincinnati’s service team.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years in a high-volume automotive repair shop.
• Proven leadership experience as a Lead Technician, Shop Foreman, or similar role.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimize daily workflow in a high-volume service environment.
• Assign repair orders based on technician skill level and workload.
• Monitor cycle time, productivity, and efficiency to meet dealership targets.
• Ensure proper dispatching and prioritization of work, including warranty and internal repairs.
• Provide advanced diagnostic and repair support to technicians.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex vehicle issues.
• Ensure repairs are completed correctly the first time per GM standards.
