Job summary

Dura-Line in Evansville, Wyoming is seeking a Lead Shipping Technician to oversee plant shipping requirements, coordinate drivers, deliveries and pickups, and ensure accurate paperwork and documentation.

The role requires forklift experience, familiarity with SAP/MRP systems, and knowledge of warehouse operations including FIFO, cycle counting, and inventory control. This is an on-site position with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities within Orbia Connectivity Solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of forklift experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or distribution environment.
• Basic computer skills and experience with MRP/ERP systems.
• Knowledge of warehouse systems, including shipping and receiving, FIFO, cycle counting, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outgoing shipments, including processing and printing bills of lading and related paperwork.
• Receive goods in SAP with appropriate documentation and storage.
• Examine outgoing shipments for defects.
• Assemble and package products and materials.
• Insert items into containers using spacers, fillers, and padding as needed.
• Adhere, stamp, glue, and label shipping information and instructions on boxes, reels, containers, and documentation.
• Maintain a neat work area and shipping yard in accordance with 5S+2 standards.

Our Offer: The compensation for this position is typically start at $27/Hour. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
