Dura-Line in North Salt Lake City is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize manufacturing performance, drive automation initiatives, and support growth at our facility. You will lead capital projects, develop process routings, and apply lean principles to improve quality and efficiency.
The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering, 2 years production experience, 3–5 years of leading strategic projects, and proficiency with CAD, ERP systems, and automation.

The compensation for this position typically ranges from $80,500 to $120,000 annually.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
