Job summary

JBS USA is seeking a Lead Shipping Coordinator at its North Charleston, SC transloading facility. You will oversee inbound/outbound shipments, coordinate schedules with drivers, maintain inventory accuracy, and support SAP data entry and reporting.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams, including plant operations and corporate logistics, to ensure compliant, timely movement of goods. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong computer and spreadsheet skills; experience with SAP and Microsoft Office strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives and verifies inbound orders and accompanying paperwork.
• Coordinate inbound schedules and deliveries with drivers and corporate logistics.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels using tracking spreadsheets and SAP data entry.
• Organize labeling and storage of inbound/outbound samples for timely shipments.
• Maintain, report, and monitor inventory records for the Transload warehouse.
• Schedule export bookings and container loading; arrange fumigation and drayage as needed.
• Operate analytics equipment in the onsite lab and report results to corporate team.
• Provide clerical support and professional communication across departments.
• Travel as needed for company events or to other facilities.
