Job summary

The Boardwalk Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking an Owners services Representative / front line desk reservations supervisor to deliver outstanding guest and homeowner service in an oceanfront setting.

You will supervise on duty, handle guest complaints, coordinate with departments to improve communication, anticipate needs, and uphold cleanliness, safety and professional conduct while supporting homeowners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years+ in supervisory or management position.
• Proficiency in computers (e.g., Word, spreadsheets, Excel, databases).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Project a favorable image of the property to the public.

Responsibilities

• Promptly resolves any guest complaints or issues
• Coordinate activities with other hotel departments to facilitate communication and guest satisfaction

Boardwalk Beach Resort is currently accepting applications for an Owners services Representative / front line desk reservations supervisor. To become a part of our team you should enjoy providing excellent customer service while working in a friendly environment with homeowners and resort guests. Home owners experience is required. Two-years of supervisory experience, in related field is preferred but not required. This position also offers year-round employment with benefits and advancement opportunities all at an ocean front resort!

Job Description:

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Must possess decision-making skills
• Accounting is a plus
