Steak 'n Shake in Florida is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with energy, confidence, and accountability. You will ensure strong openings and closings by setting up the team for success and delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service.

The ideal candidate has prior supervisory or restaurant management experience, is a strong communicator, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. US work authorization is required; high school diploma or equivalent.
