Burger King. Assistant Managers (AMs) drive restaurant performance, lead shifts, and coach Team Members and Shift Coordinators to uphold quality, service, cleanliness, and safety. You will partner with the RGM to deliver guest satisfaction and strong financial results.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes ownership, clear communication, and balancing people development with operational discipline as you contribute to business outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Coach Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills and growth.
• Maintain BK brand standards, encourage ideas, remove roadblocks, and model hands-on leadership.
• Monitor inventory, manage orders and assets, ensure maintenance, and uphold cash control & security.
